July Open House: Sun-Drenched Closing Art Party

Sun-Drenched is a celebration of summer light and the landscapes it transforms. Landry McMeans distills the American Southwest into large-scale stencil paintings of sun-bleached palettes and dreamworld stillness — the product of years spent absorbing the desert through windshields and open skies. El Baker wrestles the Texas landscape into something layered and alive, building and scraping and staining until the canvas holds all the buried stories of the land itself. Kandice Pierce chases the first light and the last, painting not just what a place looks like but what it leaves inside you — the ache of a horizon you’ll carry home.
